The Charity owns £171.2 million of residential,
institutional and agricultural property some of which is situated
in and around the Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital sites, but also
includes property and estates outside the London area. These
properties receive an income (of around £6 million annually) that
goes towards the general funding available to support healthcare
innovation.
