If you choose to complete one of our on-line forms, the personal information you provide will be used by Guy's and St Thomas' Charity to enable us to answer your queries and to provide you with information about the appeals that are of interest to you. It will also be used to send you an e-mail if we are unable to contact you via telephone and you have indicated such a preference.
This information will be solely used by Guy's and St Thomas' Charity in the UK. Guy's and St Thomas' Charity do not currently levy a fee for this service, but we reserve the right to charge the maximum fee of £10 chargeable in terms of the Act. You also have the right to have any inaccuracies in your personal data corrected.
