Our charity raises funds to make a real difference to the quality of care people receive at Guy's and St Thomas' hospitals.

The generosity of our supporters is essential to this work. Your gifts enable us to fund ground-breaking research, provide cutting edge equipment and facilities, and ensure that the hospital environment is friendly and welcoming. We want to go beyond the services provided by the NHS to ensure that patients and their loved ones receive world class treatment and care.

Some of the much-needed items that our supporters have provided include:

• A state of the art, child-sized MRI scanner for patients at the Evelina Children's Hospital, complete with artwork, music and a DVD player to help children relax
• A small, flexible fibrescope that makes diagnosis of ear, nose and throat patients quicker and more comfortable
• A modern environment and facilities for the Fracture Clinic, funded by a generous legacy

You can choose to support the general work of the Charity, or to direct your gift to a particular appeal, ward, department or illness, to benefit the cause that you feel closest too. All administrative costs are met by the Charity’s endowment, so every penny you give goes directly to improving patient care.
