Project intentions: A comprehensive and cost-effective familial cancer risk assessment service will be established across primary, secondary and tertiary care in Lambeth and Southwark. A unified referral pathway will allow screening and genetic counselling to be targeted towards those at increased risk. Education, support and advice will be provided for health professionals.
