Building on the success of the Charity's original Modernisation Initiative to improve kidney, stroke and sexual health services, the Charity plans to invest a further £15 million in three new health schemes. End of Life Care has already been approved as a priority, and we are interested in finding out what you think are the major health concerns facing Lambeth and Southwark.
