Helping to create integrated world class cancer
care and services is a strategic priority. Areas of particular
focus include:
- Improving the one and five year survival rates for cancer
- Improving the quality and experience of cancer care, for
instance by improving patient reported outcome measures
- Increasing the proportion of patients diagnosed at an early
stage of their cancer
