Kate joined the Charity in 2017 as a Portfolio Manager within the Funding Team. In September 2019 she became the Programme Director for our programme of the health effects of air pollution.
Before joining the Charity, Kate worked at Innovation Unit, a public sector consultancy, where she led their work in health and social care, applying design-led methodologies to solve complex social issues. She started her career in academic health services research, specialising on health inequalities. Kate has a Master’s degree in Public Health from Imperial College London and a BSc in Human Sciences from University College London.
Kate leads our programme on addressing the effects of poor air quality on people's health.
