Michelle Harries

Michelle joined the Foundation in late 2020. In her role, Michelle supports our funding teams achieve their impact objectives by making sure their end-to-end processes run smoothly. Michelle designs and delivers improvements to these systems, ensuring our colleagues have the confidence to use them effectively.

She has over 25 years’ experience in the retail sector where she focused on the development, enhancement and training of retail business systems and processes.

Michelle also holds a BCS Business Analyst certificate.
