TCS London Marathon 2027
Take on the world-famous London Marathon in support of the exceptional healthcare and NHS teams at Guy’s and St Thomas’.
The London Marathon is the ultimate running event, with an electric atmosphere and a legendary route
This iconic event will start in Greenwich and finish on The Mall near Buckingham Palace, covering a distance of 26.2 miles. It is one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors and the world’s largest one-day fundraising event.
With every mile and every donation, you’ll be making a big difference – helping Guy’s and St Thomas’ go further for patients and staff, beyond what the NHS can provide. Funding groundbreaking research, pioneering equipment, uplifting spaces, and a comprehensive staff wellbeing programme.

How can I join with my ballot place?
If you were lucky enough to secure a place through the 2027 TCS London Marathon ballot, congratulations! We’d love to have you join Team Guy’s & St Thomas’.
Sign up to run with your ballot place for Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity.
You’ll receive all the same team perks, support, and fundraising materials — with no minimum fundraising target.
How we’ll support you
As part of our outstanding team, we will support you every step of the way. You’ll receive:

Participants with disabilities
If you are visually impaired or your disability or medical condition means you need a support runner, you can apply for a free place for them through the TCS London Marathon organisers.
